This is Ms. Eastman. She teaches in a self contained classroom. She is licensed to teach special needs birth-12th grade, elementary education pre-k-3rd. She lives on the outskirts of Louisburg in the county with her husband and their 2 fur babies. She has a stepson that lives in Maryland. She enjoys swimming, gardening, playing with her dogs and being outside playing on 4 wheelers with her husband. Her passion is teaching and understanding that ALL students learn differently. With LOVE and UNDERSTANDING all children will grow and reach their dreams.

Mrs. Luersen is a dedicated wife and mother of seven children, one of whom has autism. This personal experience inspired her to pursue a teaching degree with a focus on special education, allowing her to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with diverse learning needs. In addition to her commitment to education, Mrs. Luersen nurtures a mini farm where she enjoys tending to both plants and animals. She also finds joy in crocheting, creating beautiful handmade items, and immersing herself in the world of books through her love for reading. Her multifaceted interests and experiences shape her nurturing spirit and dedication to both her family and the community she serves.
