Ms. Fenske-Anderson is a native of Louisburg, where she attended Louisburg Elementary School and graduated from Louisburg High School in 2005. She was awarded the NC Teaching Fellows Scholarship and attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating with a Bachelor of Music and Master of Arts in Teaching. She taught high school concert band and marching band in Perquimans County and Wilson County for eight years before teaching elementary school music in 2018. She was awarded 2024-2025 Teacher of the Year for LES.

This is Mrs. C’s 10th year in the county and her 7th year at LES. She is excited to kick off a new school year and looks forward to all the fun ahead! When she’s not teaching, Mrs. C loves spending time with her husband and two boys, Charlie and Chase.
